Delicious whole almonds are coated in olive oil and sugar as they roast, creating a thin, caramelized layer on each almond. The dragéed almonds are then sprinkled with French fleur de sel, a delicate and delicious sea salt. Then each of these beauties is thoroughly coated with semi-sweet chocolate. There is just enough chocolate, but not too much, so the sweet-salty almond shines right through. These almonds are a long-time staff favorite.
