YES! Of course we carry our full line of our delicious handmade candy bars, nut brittles, marshmallows, sweet spiced peanuts, sesame halvah, and peppermint bark. Plus, a rotating selection of seasonal treats made on site. The rest of the store features a carefully curated selection of 100+ craft chocolate bars, marzipan, pate de fruit, toffee, licorice, hard candies, lollipops, gummis, caramels, nougats, and more! We even have a growing selection of provisions like roasted nuts, pretzels, jerky, chips, sauces, spices, and more!
We do have several low-and no-sugar confections, and are always on the lookout for more. We very occasionally carry some seasonal artificially-sweetened candies.
Our kitchen is not strictly gluten-free because we use ingredients which contain wheat and other gluten-containing ingredients. However, we do make a number of products that do not have gluten-containing ingredients and we also carry many items from various vendors which do not contain gluten.
At this time, unfortunately not. Our kitchen is actually really small! Candy making also involves boiling sugar that is incredibly hot and dangerous. A commercial candy kitchen is full of hazards, so giving tours while production is happening is not possible at this time. We do have plans to hold public tastings and other kinds of classes, however. Please stand by!
